1. The Service

Thinking Christian is a web-based spiritual formation platform offering AI-guided Bible study sessions, formation assessments, and related digital content. All features are delivered through the platform software. No physical products or professional services are provided.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed annually. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the platform for personal spiritual formation. You may not share account credentials, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for any commercial purpose without written permission.

4. Group Cohorts

Organization administrators are responsible for the appropriate use of invite codes and seats within their cohort. Invite codes are non-transferable outside the purchasing organization.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, AI prompts, formation frameworks, and assessments are the property of the D.L. Moody Center, Inc. Scripture quotations are used under standard fair use provisions.

6. Disclaimer

The platform is a spiritual formation tool, not a licensed counseling, therapy, or mental health service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
