Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

All subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing and does not generate a refund for the current subscription period.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to the platform, contact info@thinkingchristian.org within 14 days. Refunds are issued at our discretion for documented technical failures only.

Group Cohort Setup fees are non-refundable once invite codes have been issued.
